Focus: It was apparent that all athletes need more work on arm action and our release points. We will also work on water balance and overall water athleticism.

Following clinics will continue progress to our limited group.

Please share with other athletes whom you think would want to learn or refine proper arm action, release points, and proper lob, and water athleticism.

Note:
Only get close to your social distance partner or inner circle from home.

Please remember to bring your mask, your own marked water bottle, notebook, pencil, swim suit, and ball if you have.


When we train, everything will be pairs based and you will stay with your partner the whole time. Each group we will ask to stay spaced from the others.

If you are sick or concerned about covid, please do not attend.
